What is Qi Gong? Qi Gong, similar to Taiji, is an ancient form of exercise originally from China. Today it is practiced throughout the world because of the noted health benefits. We feel that the ‘Shaolin Inner Strength’ form of Qi Gong is particularly potent and not so well known in the West.

Why ‘Shaolin Inner-Strength‘ Qigong? The Shaolin style is a unique form of Qi Gong from the Fujian Shaolin temple in China. After being refined and enriched over hundreds of years and more than 10 dynasties, it is now considered a superior form. Who is Qi Gong & Taiji Master Dr. Yuhong David Xie? Yuhong graduated from the highly prestigious Nanjing University of TCM in 1990 and later became a lecturer there. In 2005 he was awarded a Doctorate (PHD) in the fields of Qi Gong, Acupuncture & TuiNa by the Nanjing University and moved to the UK. For more than 20 years he has been training and guiding thousands of students in Qi Gong & Taiji in countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Austria, Norway, Spain, Korea, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
He is now very highly regarded as a Qi Gong & Taiji Master throughout the world, aswell as being considered one of the premier TCM practitioners in Europe
Yuhong is also a published author, releasing several Monographs such as “Wish You Healthy, Qigong Chapter” & “Spring Tonics” and participating in writing and editing the textbooks “Chinese Medical Qigong” & “Introduction to Chinese Medicine Treatment”.

What can I do with my skills after training? The ‘Shaolin’ style Qi Gong will leave you feeling energized and revitalized. With regular practice, you will become proficient in the method of cultivating ‘Inner Qi’. You may then progress to the Intermediate level and also, if accepted, onto the Advanced level where you will learn how to actually ‘Emit Inner Qi’ and perform a highly skillful and nourishing treatment for people yourself.
